How to add or make new Leads
To add or make new leads you will need to go to the ‘Leads’ tab from the navigation bar on the left side. Once here you will see a screen like the below.
You will need to use the table in the middle of the page to input data about your lead. ‘Lead ID’ is an automatically generated number so you don’t need to do anything with this column.
Under the columns shown below you will need to fill out as much information as you can about each lead. The more information there is, the easier it will be to get in touch with them in the future.
When you have completed the information about then you need to decide if they are an active lead or not, if you would like to be in contact with them and build a relationship with them then you will need to check the box shown below.
Once you have completed the steps above, you can move on to the row below and add as many leads as you would like. Alternatively, you can add a group of leads at once by using the upload CSV button below. This will add a group of leads at once.
